BLACK STAR PRESNTS... Is so very proud to introduce an amazing artist, with an incredible debut album - ELLA BLEAKLEY and SOMEWHERE GREEN.
Ella came to us and shared her dream of releasing a physical album, in a green and sustainable way. We loved her passion, story and honest approach to making such personal and genuine music.
The Black Star team have been looking all year for an artists we could partner with and help them release an album. From the moment we met Ella we knew we could all come together as a Black Star Club, community and vinyl loving family help Ella to realise that journey.
Pre-Ordering Ella's amazing album is really Crowd Funding Ellas Album. Together we join as a community to not just fund the printing and pressing on ECO wax. We join together to help a beautiful person realise a dream.

"Somewhere Green means so much more to me than just the album itself.
This lifted me from a place that was not so lush and green.
And it took me back to my roots, where I could grow my patch of peace.
The process of creating this was therapeutic, and I found that each step of the journey helped form a new shade that would eventually give each song its own shade of green too.
Now it’s something I’d like to be able to pass on, to anyone who may find comfort in uncertainty, healing and love.
If you’re like me then creativity has the ability to take you from A to B the scenic route.
Without music & art I’m not sure where life would be.
But since it is here, it’s only fair I put something back into the world of creation.
